Help advisors deliver services and sustain strong business relationships.
Address immediate needs with straightforward, timely options for investments, financing, and protection.
Maintain service quality and member satisfaction in line with organizational standards and procedures.
Support business development activities.
Assist members and clients while delivering excellent customer service.
Prepare offers for routine transactions.
Support the sale of products and services aligned with member needs and current strategies.
Adapt your service approach to each member’s or client’s needs.
Respond to requests, complete research and tasks, and recommend suitable solutions.
Assist colleagues with managing calendars and email.
Recommend options that match members’ and clients’ needs and expectations.
Guide members and clients in choosing tools and service channels that fit their preferences for independence and automation.
Identify business opportunities and contribute to sales development initiatives.

College-level attestation (Attestation of Collegial Studies).
At least three years of relevant experience.
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
Mutual fund representative certificate issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers.
French proficiency is required.
