Build lasting, trusted relationships with members and clients.
Understand their needs and provide advice suited to their financial circumstances.
Guide them toward solutions that support their financial goals.
Recommend investment, loan and insurance products.
Act as the caisse’s financing specialist and a resource for colleagues.
Balance client satisfaction and business goals with profitability and prudent risk management.
Collaborate with partners and specialists to develop integrated strategies.
Advise clients on financial strategies and clarify their expected outcomes.
Manage client relationships and evaluate satisfaction and service quality.
Follow up with clients and identify opportunities to improve service.
Keep current with financial services, market developments and industry practices.
Take part in community outreach and represent the caisse locally.

Талаптар

A college diploma in a related field.
At least two years of relevant experience.
Other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Mutual fund representative certificate from the Autorité des marchés financiers.
French proficiency is required.
Ability to drive results.
Strong interpersonal skills.
