Apraksts

  • Build lasting, trusted relationships with members and clients.
  • Understand their needs and provide advice suited to their financial circumstances.
  • Guide them toward solutions that support their financial goals.
  • Recommend investment, loan and insurance products.
  • Act as the caisse’s financing specialist and a resource for colleagues.
  • Balance client satisfaction and business goals with profitability and prudent risk management.
  • Collaborate with partners and specialists to develop integrated strategies.
  • Advise clients on financial strategies and clarify their expected outcomes.
  • Manage client relationships and evaluate satisfaction and service quality.
  • Follow up with clients and identify opportunities to improve service.
  • Keep current with financial services, market developments and industry practices.
  • Take part in community outreach and represent the caisse locally.

Prasības

  • A college diploma in a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Mutual fund representative certificate from the Autorité des marchés financiers.
  • French proficiency is required.
  • Ability to drive results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
