- Understand their needs and provide advice suited to their financial circumstances.
- Guide them toward solutions that support their financial goals.
- Recommend investment, loan and insurance products.
- Act as the caisse’s financing specialist and a resource for colleagues.
- Balance client satisfaction and business goals with profitability and prudent risk management.
- Collaborate with partners and specialists to develop integrated strategies.
- Advise clients on financial strategies and clarify their expected outcomes.
- Manage client relationships and evaluate satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow up with clients and identify opportunities to improve service.
- Keep current with financial services, market developments and industry practices.
- Take part in community outreach and represent the caisse locally.
आवश्यकताएँ
- A college diploma in a related field.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Mutual fund representative certificate from the Autorité des marchés financiers.
- French proficiency is required.
- Ability to drive results.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
