  • Lead the adoption of agile ways of working across teams and transformation programmes
  • Evaluate operating models, identify improvement opportunities, and produce data-led recommendations
  • Run workshops, leadership sessions, and customer engagements
  • Create and deliver culture and behavioural change initiatives aligned with business strategy
  • Integrate customer-centric thinking into transformation work and decision-making
  • Develop employee engagement plans that encourage adoption and reduce resistance to change
  • Build relationships with customers at every level and influence decisions without formal authority
  • Assess leadership capabilities and support leaders through organisational change
  • Use established change management methods across transformation initiatives
  • Respond to workforce concerns and help leaders manage organisational impacts
  • Contribute to organisational design and development work
  • Adapt transformation approaches to bp’s business environment
  • Inform strategic planning through insights, recommendations, and lessons learned
  • Create reporting and performance measures in Excel and other tools to monitor transformation progress and results

Cerințe

  • Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation, organisational change, or enterprise improvement programmes
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methods and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with skill in turning data into practical insights
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex customer groups and influencing senior leaders
  • Highly effective facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience creating and delivering culture change and employee engagement programmes
  • Working knowledge of change management methods and standard processes
  • Understanding of organisational development, operating model design, and workforce transformation
  • Ability to perform effectively in complex, matrixed corporate environments
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including data analysis and reporting
  • Experience carrying out leadership assessments and contributing to leadership development
  • Background in a large multinational organisation undergoing substantial transformation
  • Consulting experience in transformation, strategy, organisational effectiveness, or change management
