Recruit SAP and Microsoft talent as a delaware France intern, supporting sourcing, screening, and candidate follow-up. Work with recruiters and hiring teams from the company’s Paris office in a hybrid arrangement.
Descriere
- Collect hiring needs from managers across the business.
- Draft and post appealing job advertisements.
- Find candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Carry out first-stage screening interviews.
- Guide candidates through each step of recruitment.
- Help refine and improve recruitment processes.
- Take part in broader initiatives such as employer branding, university outreach, and onboarding.
- Support strategic hiring for SAP and Microsoft skill areas.
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers and candidates.
- Join the recruiting team at the Paris office.
Cerințe
- Be completing the final year of a Master’s degree (Bac +5 equivalent) and undertaking a final-year internship.
- Have a business school background or equivalent, with a specialized Master’s in Human Resources.
- Be available for a six-month internship beginning in January 2027.
- Bring strong interpersonal skills.
- Be curious, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Feel at ease communicating over the phone.
- Prior recruitment experience through an internship or work-study placement, or experience in an IT services company, is an advantage.
- C1-level English is an advantage.
