Lead enterprise sales of Kong’s API and AI connectivity platform to global customers. Manage the sales pipeline, quota, and customer relationships.
Descriere
- Sell Kong’s Enterprise Platform to enterprise customers
- Achieve individual quota and performance objectives
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, documenting buying criteria and sales processes
- Select appropriate sales approaches and engagement patterns
- Maintain an evidence-based, accurate pipeline
- Guide leads through to close
- Lead accounts and provide direction before and after the sale
- Contribute to win-loss reviews
- Travel to customer sites as needed (30%–50%)
- Take on other tasks assigned by the manager
Cerințe
- Sales experience, preferably including open-source products
- At least 10 years of experience selling enterprise software
- Experience with open-source, API, or infrastructure software is an advantage
- Ability to draw on established relationships and effective sales methods
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, driven, and focused on results
- Experience in fast-growing startups is an advantage
- Must be able to work in the country where the role is based; sponsorship requirements are covered in the application
