Descriere

  • Guide design from problem framing and early concepts through delivery.
  • Create polished, intuitive, simple, and easy-to-use experiences.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Turn user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with industry-standard design tools, AI tools, and generative workflows.
  • Incorporate Figma Make, Gemini, Claude, and NotebookLM into design workflows.
  • Use data, customer insights, product thinking, experimentation, and design rationale to inform decisions.
  • Set quality standards for AI-assisted design and uphold strong craft and usability.
  • Develop and refine narratives that communicate product opportunities and requirements.
  • Enhance experiences and optimize customer touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Strengthen design culture by leading critiques and workshops.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor's degree or at least four years of work experience.
  • At least four years of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military experience.
  • At least four years of design experience.
  • A strong portfolio showing user-centered product thinking, polished visual craft, and considered interaction design for complex ecosystems.
  • Experience presenting and explaining design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience producing high-fidelity designs that follow visual design principles and design system specifications.
  • Experience independently leading design processes from discovery through launch.
  • Experience balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • Experience guiding decisions through structured thinking, clear rationale, and user-centered research.
  • Experience with experimentation, metrics, or using data to guide design decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience designing shopping and commerce flows.
  • Portfolio must consist entirely of professional work.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Design is considered an additional qualification.
  • Experience designing for growth, monetization, digital transformation, or omnichannel experiences is considered an additional qualification.
  • Experience designing for B2B is considered an additional qualification.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills are considered an additional qualification.
  • Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft are considered additional qualifications.
