Descriere

  • Oversee audiovisual production and creative design projects from planning through delivery for major client events.
  • Manage event scope, schedules, and budgets throughout the year.
  • Advise clients on project planning and audiovisual production for in-person and hybrid events.
  • Act as the primary client contact and company representative.
  • Coordinate information across fulfillment, creative teams, venues, vendors, and clients.
  • Prepare on-site staff to deliver events successfully.
  • Strengthen client relationships, build trust, and encourage repeat business.
  • Connect clients with creative teams, including designers and editors.
  • Coordinate vendors handling décor, printing, and custom fabrication.
  • Track assets, manage purchase orders, and negotiate vendor terms.
  • Travel to event sites and lead delivery with Production Managers.
  • Learn the company’s services and customer service practices.
  • Improve client processes and identify opportunities to work more efficiently.
  • Develop proficiency with NetSuite and Backstage.
  • Manage large events and event series for leading clients.
  • Oversee accounts independently and complete projects that improve team efficiency.
  • Use sound judgment and contingency planning to meet client needs.

Cerințe

  • At least 4–7 years of experience in the events industry.
  • Experience in an agency or high-touch event environment.
  • A customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with people across different personalities and levels of seniority.
  • Technical and creative curiosity about audiovisual production and creative service logistics.
  • Ability to adapt, work, and make decisions in unpredictable settings with changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated kindness, commitment, and humility.
  • Willingness and ability to travel on-site about 20–30% of the time, or 4–5 days per month.
