Inbound Sales Associate, Greece (Remote)
Support customers with Enartia’s domain registration, hosting, WordPress, and cloud services. Manage renewals and grow sales through cross-selling and upselling while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Descriere
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through inbound and outbound communication.
- Promote new products and identify opportunities to make sales.
- Process renewals and billing requests.
- Cross-sell and upsell products and services.
- Negotiate prices and handle discount requests in line with company policy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Create sales reports and dashboards covering KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Work with colleagues in sales, marketing, and other departments.
- Contribute to sales projects and take the lead on them when needed.
- Report bugs and recommend process improvements.
- Keep product and technical knowledge current.
- Take on occasional duties beyond the core role to support company goals and development.
Cerințe
- Communicate clearly in writing and speech in both Greek and English.
- Use strong problem-solving skills.
- Apply sound negotiation and sales skills.
- Understand sales performance metrics.
- Have experience with reporting and data analysis.
- An IT background or technical aptitude is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant products and services is an advantage.
- Bring at least two years of experience in a similar role.
