Descriere

  • Oversee the Field Marketing Event team and retail partnerships with Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and Costco.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire Field Marketing Representatives.
  • Track applications in an ATS, build candidate pipelines, encourage referrals, and source talent in the field.
  • Create and deliver onboarding and training on product knowledge, lead generation, and Jacuzzi standards.
  • Coach representatives through training, store visits, and individual meetings.
  • Plan schedules and store coverage to increase lead generation.
  • Set and track KPIs for leads, lead quality, demonstrations, store coverage, and event results.
  • Assess team performance and turn trends into coaching plans, training topics, event changes, and staffing decisions.
  • Build relationships with big-box retail locations, store managers, department leads, and associates.
  • Oversee store performance across the assigned territory and meet weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
  • Create and deliver product knowledge and lead-generation training for store associates.
  • Identify stores that are underperforming and plan interventions through training, staffing, merchandising, and event support.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Installation teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
  • Forecast and budget field activity, event costs, and staffing based on expected returns.
  • Grow revenue by focusing on stores and events with the strongest returns.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Keep CRM and lead management reports accurate to support pipeline visibility and reliable forecasts.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in field or trade marketing, events, retail program management, lead generation, or big-box partnerships.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and developing a team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • A demonstrated record of growing revenue in retail or in-store settings.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret lead, sales, and conversion data and communicate business insights.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead management platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to executive-level retail partners.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly to stores within the assigned territory.
  • Direct experience with The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Costco, or another national big-box retailer is highly preferred.
  • Experience in home improvement, home services, or another consultative, lead-driven sales model is preferred.
  • Experience developing event-based or in-store lead-generation programs from the ground up is preferred.
