Descriere

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction professionals and leadership positions.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience while strengthening PCL’s employer brand.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop hiring strategies for business-critical positions.
  • Offer recruitment advice informed by market conditions and talent trends.
  • Create and implement proactive recruitment marketing and sourcing programs.
  • Develop diverse talent pipelines that support future workforce requirements.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with operational leaders.
  • Share insights on market trends, workforce risks, and effective recruitment practices.
  • Use recruitment metrics and data to improve processes and support informed hiring decisions.
  • Advance inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Contribute to international recruitment and cross-border talent acquisition initiatives.

Cerințe

  • A post-secondary degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • At least five years of progressive recruitment experience in a high-volume corporate setting is required; construction recruitment experience is an asset.
  • Ability to manage more than 20 active requisitions across multiple projects and departments while providing excellent service to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with recruitment experience in construction or a comparable industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and serve as a strategic, solutions-focused advisor.
  • Ability to influence and advise stakeholders at every level using data, market insight, and sound professional judgment.
  • Capacity to work independently and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in maintaining records.
