Support Desjardins member and client relationships through business development, sales assistance, and tailored financial solutions. Hybrid position serving Montréal or Lévis and Eastern Quebec.
Descriere
- Build advisory relationships by identifying current and future needs and supporting client retention
- Guide partners, practitioners, members, and clients on relevant products, services, and solutions while maintaining satisfaction
- Assess complex client needs, manage requests, and provide appropriate follow-up
- Gather, organize, and interpret data
- Develop reports and actionable recommendations
- Keep current with industry standards, products, and services
- Support the management and retention of member and client relationships
- Assist with product and service sales across multiple distribution channels, aligned with client needs and established strategies
- Develop and sustain strong business relationships with members and clients
- Assess complex requests and support the promotion and sale of products and services in line with client needs and business goals
- Maintain service quality and member or client satisfaction according to organizational policies and procedures
- Evaluate member and client needs and assist in creating and delivering personalized solutions
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- At least one year of related experience
- Equivalent combinations of relevant qualifications and experience may be accepted
- Fluency in French is required
- Willingness to travel throughout Eastern Quebec
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
