Customer Success Manager, Insurance and Banking

Manage customer accounts and digital projects for SELISE’s insurance and banking platforms. Lead requirements work and guide customers from product releases through MVP launches.

Descriere

  • Identify customer needs and translate them into solutions through business analysis and requirements engineering.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective and existing customers.
  • Own project timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Break complex products into defined releases and partner with customers to develop, implement, and launch MVPs.
  • Manage projects independently, serving as the link between business and IT on digital initiatives.
  • Work with developers, business analysts, designers, and colleagues across locations.
  • Plan and lead workshops to gather customer requirements.
  • Develop assigned customer accounts, find growth opportunities, and introduce new solutions.

Cerințe

  • Hold a university or higher-education degree, ideally in business administration, business information systems, or a related discipline.
  • Bring experience in customer success or account management and project management, preferably in a digital setting.
  • Have experience in insurance, banking, or health insurance.
  • Work independently, take a hands-on approach, and assume responsibility quickly.
  • Be organized and manage time effectively.
  • Communicate excellently in writing and speech in German and English.
  • Be fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Have a strong interest in technical subjects and/or digital platform solutions.
  • Present confidently in customer meetings and presentations.
  • Show strong self-motivation, decisiveness, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
