CRO Executive

Work remotely with Prismfly’s agency clients to improve ecommerce conversion rates. Support analytics, experimentation, optimization roadmaps, implementation, and client account growth.

Descriere

  • Collaborate with Senior CRO Consultants to understand client goals, customer needs, and website performance.
  • Find optimization opportunities through analytics, customer behavior insights, website reviews, and competitor research.
  • Recommend improvements that explain the problem, proposed change, and expected business benefit.
  • Create and prioritize optimization roadmaps based on potential impact, evidence, and implementation effort.
  • Propose A/B tests, design work, development initiatives, or direct website changes.
  • Manage assigned initiatives from opportunity discovery and briefing through launch and review.
  • Turn recommendations into clear, actionable briefs for design and development teams.
  • Coordinate conversion optimization, design, and development work, including priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Set up and quality-check experiments, launch and monitor them, and deliver improvements that do not require testing.
  • Record outcomes and apply lessons to future recommendations.
  • Contribute to client Slack channels and meetings, sharing updates and keeping work on track.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
  • Explain the reasoning behind recommendations and how they support client goals.
  • Track client requests and assess them against account priorities and roadmaps.
  • Take on increasing responsibility for leading client meetings and communicating priorities, progress, and results.
  • Use analytics and user behavior tools to identify customer journeys, friction, unmet needs, and opportunities.
  • Research competitors and industry trends, and translate findings into practical next steps.
  • Build toward owning client account roadmaps, delivery priorities, and relationships.

Cerințe

  • Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
  • Bring strong organizational and project coordination skills, with careful attention to detail.
  • Manage competing priorities and reliably follow through on commitments.
  • Take initiative, own work, and identify appropriate next steps.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have experience with Shopify.
  • Have experience with GA4 or a comparable analytics platform.
  • Be familiar with A/B testing or experimentation programs.
  • Be interested in progressing into a CRO Consultant role with strategy and client account responsibilities.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
