Descriere

  • Lead the acquisition, analysis, integration, and structuring of data, with clear definitions and sources.
  • Work with data consumers to identify useful datasets.
  • Guide the development of data products using continuous integration and deployment practices.
  • Use sound engineering practices to design, build, deploy, and support data analytics products.
  • Contribute to agile story writing, estimation, and product feature demonstrations.
  • Review code and share constructive feedback with the team.
  • Coach junior engineers.
  • Build data flows that support company-wide sharing and a single source of truth.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience designing and building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related services.
  • At least four years of professional experience in data acquisition, cleansing, feature engineering, debugging, and software documentation using modern languages and practices.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment concepts.
  • At least three years of experience with AWS data science and analytics cloud technologies, data warehouses, or digital analytics tools.
  • Ability to work across database models and database management systems.
  • Experience building solutions with agile methods.
  • Experience working in data lake environments.
  • Experience guiding junior developers.
  • Experience with testing or data accuracy and quality design.
  • Advanced programming ability.
  • Strong Python and cloud computing skills.
  • Strong SQL skills and ETL experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of distributed data systems and applications.
  • Proficiency in data lake design and implementation, including Parquet and partitioning.
  • In-depth understanding of analytics, data science applications, and machine learning systems.
  • Experience developing requirements-driven dimensional and relational data models.
  • Understanding of regulations governing personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Ability to apply business context to technical design and approach.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership to a local scrum team.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred: Experience with Agile methods, DevOps environments, Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau, and consulting.
