Apraksts

  • Develop and maintain production-ready foundational gameplay systems, frameworks, workflows, and tools in C++ with Unreal Engine 5
  • Set technical direction for shared gameplay systems
  • Partner with engineers and content creators to evolve architecture, surface risks, and maintain scalability across simulation and networking
  • Own game performance and optimization by profiling the game, finding bottlenecks and risks, setting priorities, and delivering code-level improvements
  • Define performance practices, metrics, budgets, profiling workflows, and supporting tools
  • Help engineers and content creators understand runtime costs and optimize their systems

Prasības

  • Advanced C++ expertise with the ability to design, implement, debug, profile, and maintain production-quality systems in a large codebase
  • Proven ability to architect and evolve large-scale gameplay systems, frameworks, or shared gameplay infrastructure
  • Extensive experience profiling and optimizing real-time games across CPU, memory, networking, and systemic performance
  • Professional experience developing with Unreal Engine
  • Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience developing and shipping multiplayer games with complex gameplay simulation and networking requirements is preferred
  • Experience developing and optimizing games for both PC and console platforms is preferred
  • Successful completion of background checks at the offer stage
