Apraksts

Coordinate governance for marketing plans, programs, and campaigns through the Marketing Investment Committee
Advise Client Managers and Marketing Managers on governance presentations, documentation, and decisions
Participate in governance committee activities as needed
Align marketing funding allocations with approved governance decisions
Track, document, and report marketing funding data
Manage plan-, program-, and campaign-level budgets in UNICA
Work with Client Management and marketing executives to monitor financial performance
Support agency contract administration by coordinating with Marketing and procurement on new agreements, amendments, renewals, and ongoing performance management
Partner with the CFO, Client Management, and Campaign Management on monthly campaign-spend reviews and variance analysis for reinvestment decisions
Oversee departmental G&A expenses, including third-party resources and discretionary spending
Create and maintain departmental dashboards and performance metrics
Prepare consolidated reports for senior leadership as needed
Work with process owners to develop or perform control tests and action plans
Mentor colleagues and support team and organizational objectives
Drive ongoing process improvement
Keep procedural documentation accurate and up to date
Hold the team accountable for following documented processes and procedures
Identify, assess, monitor, and control business risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies

Prasības

Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant education and/or experience
At least 4–6 years of experience in marketing, project management, finance, or staff operations
Experience planning, developing, and managing operational budgets
Strong analytical thinking skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel features and capabilities
Advanced knowledge of UNICA or comparable marketing operations software
Intermediate knowledge of PeopleSoft eSettlements, eProcurement, or similar invoicing and procurement systems
