Remote Bilingual Enrollment Specialist
Make outbound calls for TimeDoc Health’s virtual care programs, educating eligible patients and completing enrollments. This remote contract role requires English and Spanish fluency.

- Contact eligible patients by phone to introduce virtual care programs.
- Explain CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM care management services.
- Assess eligibility and complete patient enrollments.
- Record patient interactions accurately.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Provide excellent service while following legal and ethical standards.
Prasības
- Fluency in spoken Spanish and English.
- Ability to work consistently for 30–40 hours per week.
- Availability to support clients live during designated peak hours.
- Experience with outbound calls, customer service, sales, patient outreach, or healthcare is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Well-organized, with close attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfort using multiple computer systems while speaking with patients.
- Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
- A dedicated, quiet, professional workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet.
- A personal laptop or desktop computer; tablets and Chromebooks are not accepted.
- A computer no more than 2–3 years old with at least an Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent.
- Comfort using multiple computer applications while speaking with patients.
