Prasības

  • Bring 6–10 years of consultative B2B portfolio management experience in travel technology, online hospitality, SaaS, digital media, or a related field.
  • Show a record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate achievement of quarterly and annual targets, with measurable results in revenue, market share, or retention.
  • Be proficient with CRM systems and disciplined portfolio management.
  • Have strong data skills, including advanced Excel, Power BI, and Metabase; SQL is a plus.
  • Understand online hotel distribution, including channel managers, APIs, pricing techniques, revenue management, and inventory management.
  • Work effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, with a record of execution in ambiguous settings.
  • Demonstrate autonomy and ownership in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate excellently in writing and verbally.
  • Be available for frequent travel within the assigned region.
  • Be a native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Have a strong interest in travel and the online hospitality business.
