Ecommerce Optimization Manager

Improve conversion, revenue, and checkout performance across KnowFully Learning Group’s six healthcare education brands. Lead experimentation, merchandising, analytics, and website quality in a remote U.S. role.

  • Manage commercial performance across assigned brand websites, tracking conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, and completed checkouts.
  • Assess results by brand, product, audience, device, traffic source, and customer segment.
  • Turn performance trends into prioritized recommendations for the business.
  • Help plan promotions and ensure campaigns appear accurately on websites.
  • Maintain high execution standards across product and category pages, landing pages, carts, and checkout.
  • Create and manage a prioritized optimization roadmap.
  • Find conversion barriers through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Plan, run, and assess controlled experiments, documenting hypotheses, success measures, and decision criteria.
  • Use other evaluation methods when sample sizes are too small for conclusive A/B test results.
  • Segment new and returning visitors for membership and subscription brands.
  • Record results and maintain a shared archive of learnings across the brand portfolio.
  • Manage how products, bundles, subscriptions, promotions, and offers are presented and prioritized.
  • Improve product hierarchy, featured placements, recommendations, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Work with Product Line Owners on approved packaging and pricing presentation.
  • Turn approved product strategy into effective on-site merchandising for launches.
  • Define requirements and acceptance criteria for commercial website updates.
  • Check quality before and after launches across devices, browsers, and key customer journeys.
  • Verify pricing displays, promotion rules, forms, tracking, cart behavior, and checkout functionality.
  • Identify and escalate defects that pose revenue, customer experience, compliance, or reputational risks.
  • Report ecommerce performance metrics and experiment findings.
  • Work with Rev Ops and BI to verify reporting, attribution, funnel definitions, and measurement quality.
  • Separate meaningful performance shifts from normal variation and recommend next steps.
  • Coordinate with Brand Growth, Product, Content, Technology, Operations, Paid Media, SEO, and Lifecycle Marketing teams.
  • Safeguard brand trust by avoiding misleading urgency, unclear prices, hidden terms, and manipulative purchase flows.

Prasības

  • At least four years of experience in ecommerce, conversion optimization, growth marketing, or digital product optimization.
  • A record of improving conversion and revenue on a transactional website, with direct responsibility for results.
  • Practical experience designing, quality-checking, and analyzing controlled experiments from start to finish.
  • Strong command of GA4 and ecommerce funnel reporting, including the ability to distinguish meaningful signals from normal variation.
  • Proficiency with WordPress and confidence implementing website changes directly.
  • Ability to manage several brands or business lines at once and prioritize competing demands.
  • Preferred: experience in professional education, healthcare education, continuing education, subscription products, or regulated industries.
  • Preferred: familiarity with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, HTML, and CSS.
  • Working knowledge of experimentation methods, including statistical power, test duration, and when testing is unsuitable.
  • Experience with personalization, recommendation engines, or merchandising tools.
