Apraksts

  • Develop and deliver role-based, multi-year training plans for distributor teams through Customer Experience Centers and training facilities
  • Embed selling capabilities within product certification programs
  • Improve inventory results through product placement, vendor consolidation, expanded merchandising, and stronger turnover, GMROI, dead-stock, and fill-rate performance
  • Manage strategic engagement plans for leading distributors, including Quarterly Business Reviews, annual feedback cycles, and relationship development across leadership, management, and frontline teams
  • Use promotions, contests, and marketing funds to strengthen distributor focus and execution
  • Analyze performance data to guide decisions, improve distributor effectiveness, and deepen distributor relationships
  • Grow sales and channel share, expand portfolio adoption, and translate enterprise strategy into branch-level execution

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Background in channel sales, distributor management, or training-program leadership
  • Proven knowledge of inventory metrics and sales-program adoption
  • Ability to help design and deliver structured, role-based training programs
  • Ability to align enterprise leadership with branch-level execution
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical capabilities
  • Data-oriented approach to interpreting KPIs and assessing return on investment (ROI)
  • Working knowledge of welding processes and products preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
