Aprašymas

  • Coach managers on HR questions using policy, practice, and risk guidance.
  • Investigate employee inquiries, document facts and timelines, and route cases to the right team.
  • Partner with HR business partners on performance, annual reviews, position management, and talent strategy.
  • Oversee operational details for recurring HR processes from start to finish.
  • Take part in HRBP meetings, talent forums, and related discussions.
  • Coordinate with partners to complete cases and support smooth experiences for employees and managers.
  • Develop and refine procedures, playbooks, and triage rules using case trends and partner feedback.
  • Apply HR systems, data, and AI tools to improve workflows, documentation, and analysis.

Reikalavimai

  • At least two years of HR experience in shared services, employee service centers, employee relations, HR operations, or generalist roles.
  • Experience handling employee or manager inquiries and documenting them clearly and objectively.
  • Sound judgment when prioritizing, routing, and escalating work according to complexity, risk, and business context.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear guidance.
  • Proficiency with Workday or a comparable HR information system and ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Experience in an HR shared services or tiered support model is preferred.
  • Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is preferred.
  • Project contributor experience supporting organizational change, re-leveling, or job profile work is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and reliability.
