Recruit, interview, and place skilled administrative and customer support professionals in client projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time roles.
Oversee active engagements and maintain high-quality service for clients and candidates.
Maintain regular candidate communication and provide career guidance.
Attend local trade association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half’s presence in the business community.

A BA or BS degree is preferred.
At least one year of administrative or customer support experience is preferred.
At least two years of business development experience in a metrics-driven environment.
A minimum of one year of success developing new business through multiple calls and decision-makers.
Demonstrated success marketing to and closing senior decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses while building mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
Working knowledge of a current Windows operating system.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of a contact management application such as Salesforce.
Understanding of administrative and customer support department operations.
