Site Executive Assistant - Beccles, UK
Support the Plant Director and site operations at Amcor’s Beccles packaging facility. Manage executive administration, KPI reporting, communications, events, travel and business systems.

- Provide senior executive and operational support to the Plant Director
- Compile, coordinate and present management information, KPIs and business reports
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports for site-wide and departmental management
- Maintain documentation, confidential records and SQDCP reporting
- Arrange meetings held on and off site
- Oversee reporting tools and database platforms
- Manage digital site communications and serve as a liaison for corporate communications
- Build and maintain SharePoint content and Microsoft Teams structures
- Plan and administer events, customer visits and training sessions
- Coordinate employee travel, vehicle administration, meeting rooms and merchandise
- Support engagement surveys and administer employee awards
- Deliver administrative support across HR, purchasing, facilities and other site functions
- Track annual leave and sickness records for the management team
- Maintain and enhance business reporting in Microsoft Excel
- Find opportunities to improve and standardise administrative processes
- Support new systems for daily KPI, SQDCP and NAV reporting
- Respond to enquiries from charities, schools, businesses and community organisations
- Work with internal decision-makers on community opportunities
