Senior Technology Sales Representative - Perth Onsite
Lead the growth and adoption of Caterpillar construction technology across the Perth District. Help dealers and customers improve productivity, safety, utilisation, and commercial performance through technology solutions.

- Drive technology growth, adoption, and utilisation across the Perth District, covering Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania.
- Set district technology priorities and create practical growth and adoption plans with dealers.
- Find machine and aftermarket opportunities, prepare customer proposals, and support technology sales activities.
- Use fleet data, customer insights, and market opportunities to focus activity and monitor sales, adoption, and utilisation targets.
- Develop relationships with customer decision-makers and dealer leadership teams.
- Conduct jobsite reviews and demonstrations to uncover productivity, safety, and efficiency improvements.
- Turn technology capabilities into clear customer value and support value realisation after delivery.
- Increase effective use of Cat Grade, Payload, VisionLink, and safety technologies.
- Spot underused technology and agree on improvement actions with dealers and customers.
- Strengthen dealer capability through training and enablement.
- Work with product, digital, and support teams to coordinate issue resolution.
- Share field feedback on product gaps, training requirements, and barriers to commercialisation.
- Support go-to-market initiatives and new technology launches.

- Proven success in consultative sales, business development, or commercially focused application roles in construction technology or heavy equipment.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and earthmoving workflows.
- Practical expertise in at least one of machine control and guidance, payload, telematics, or equipment safety technologies.
- Experience independently managing a territory or substantial customer or dealer relationships, including work with senior decision-makers.
- Ability to build customer business cases, influence stakeholders, and achieve measurable sales or adoption results.
- Able to convert data into clear priorities and actions while taking a hands-on, field-focused approach.
- Experience building dealer or channel capability and delivering joint commercial plans is preferred.
- Experience with multiple construction technology solutions and post-sale customer adoption is preferred.
- Available to work full-time onsite five days per week in the Perth or Melbourne office.
