Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Texas Remote
Build LLM-powered agents, data workflows, and dependable machine learning systems for Striveworks’ AI operations platform. Support mission-critical government deployments through customer-focused engineering and direct collaboration.

- Create machine learning solutions for customer engagements and internal products
- Coordinate complex data pipelines and agentic workflows
- Contribute to the development of Chariot, Striveworks’ proprietary AI operations platform
- Build dependable AI systems spanning models, agents, tools, and workflows
- Evaluate and enhance AI system performance and usability
- Partner with customers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps engineers
- Guide platform enhancements and broaden the company’s technical capabilities
- Assist mission-critical deployments through direct customer engagement
- Travel as much as 20% of the time
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related field, plus at least six years of relevant experience
- Proven delivery of data-focused systems involving data engineering, data cleaning, ETL pipelines, machine learning, and production analytics
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, evaluating, and optimizing LLM-based agents and agentic workflows
- Experience connecting AI systems to external tools, APIs, MCP servers, and enterprise data sources
- Experience creating evaluation methods and frameworks for agent performance, reliability, and safety
- Working knowledge of RAG, tool use, planning, and multi-agent system architectures
- Strong command of machine learning languages and libraries, with advanced Python skills and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or scikit-learn
- Solid software engineering foundation in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Proficiency in at least one systems language, including Go, Rust, C++, Java, or Scala
- Experience with current software development practices and tools such as Agile, version control, issue tracking, CI/CD, and debugging
- US citizenship and eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a Secret US security clearance
