Lead large, multi-regional clinical trials for IQVIA in Centurion, South Africa. Oversee delivery, recruitment, quality, risk, finances, stakeholders, and clinical teams.

- Lead clinical teams in delivering large, multi-regional full-service studies
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, customer, internal, protocol, policy, SOP, and project-plan requirements
- Achieve recruitment targets through appropriate recruitment strategies
- Create risk-mitigation plans and manage clinical risks across the project lifecycle
- Define clinical quality standards, measure compliance, and oversee quality issues
- Manage project finances, including Estimate at Completion, scope changes, and additional service opportunities
- Serve as a primary Clinical Trial Manager alongside other CTMs on large global trials
- Identify and manage internal and external clinical stakeholders
- Work with clinical teams to meet milestones and provide stakeholder reporting
- Plan resources and talent, manage the clinical team, establish operational plans, and deliver project training
- Hold regular team meetings and communicate progress toward objectives
- Support professional development by providing performance feedback to clinical team line managers
- Adopt corporate initiatives and promote change when needed
- Contribute to clinical delivery strategies, bid defense preparations, and Clinical Operations plans for proposals
- Mentor and coach new colleagues
- Attend site visits when applicable
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or another scientific discipline
- Previous experience as a global Clinical Trial Manager
- At least five years of clinical trial management experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Established knowledge of project management practices and terminology
- Working knowledge of applicable clinical research regulations, including Good Clinical Practice and International Council for Harmonisation guidelines
- Broad protocol and therapeutic-area knowledge
- Strong understanding of the clinical research industry and relevant operating environments
- Understanding of project finances
- Knowledge of clinical trial conduct, applicable research regulations, and relevant local laws, regulations, and guidelines
