  • Follow up persistently to resolve scheduling conflicts, including by phone and text.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and communications.
  • Set up and host Zoom meetings.
  • Provide technical assistance as needed.
  • Write concise, accurate minutes that capture sensitive, nuanced, and strategic discussions.
  • Keep information flowing promptly among board and committee members and staff.
  • Monitor open requests and follow through until they are completed.
  • Keep board records organized.
  • Use discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Experience supporting boards of directors, executive leadership teams, or senior committees is strongly preferred.
  • Show initiative, persistence, and accountability for outcomes, beyond simply completing assigned steps.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Zoom, and AI tools.
  • Bring strong interpersonal judgment.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
