  • Manage and retain relationships with existing commercial and industrial waste-service customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to retain smaller, less complex accounts
  • Expand customer relationships by selling Republic Services’ full product portfolio
  • Maintain working knowledge of services, business lines, pricing structures, and offers
  • Complete contract renewals to extend customer relationships and improve profitability
  • Process cancellation requests in line with established escalation procedures
  • Explain company pricing initiatives to customers
  • Use Salesforce each day to schedule and document calls, meetings, and proposals
  • Record customer emails while minimizing rate restrictions and customer credits
  • Meet regularly with the Sales Manager to review retention work, goal progress, and priority customer relationships
  • Complete other duties related to the role as assigned

Талаптар

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0–2 years of customer service experience required
  • Experience in the waste or transportation industry preferred
  • Daily proficiency with Salesforce
  • Ability to handle both outbound and inbound customer calls
  • Knowledge of available services, business lines, pricing structures, and offers
  • Ability to complete contract renewals and address cancellation requests
  • Ability to capture customer emails and reduce rate restrictions and customer credits
  • Ability to sell Republic Services’ full range of products
