  • Plan and deliver internal communications campaigns aligned with business strategy.
  • Manage internal channels and recommend improvements to content, format, frequency, reach, and user experience.
  • Identify communication needs across departments and make complex information clear and accessible.
  • Deliver employee engagement initiatives, corporate events, and culture-building campaigns.
  • Track schedules, suppliers, resources, and deliverables.
  • Support employer branding with the People and Culture team and other departments.
  • Lead institutional onboarding and support employee integration throughout the employee journey.
  • Contribute to organizational development, career, learning, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Create and edit institutional content, campaigns, scripts, presentations, and communications materials using storytelling and copywriting.
  • Find opportunities to use artificial intelligence and automation in communications and content production.
  • Track workplace climate, engagement, participation, and satisfaction metrics, and prepare analyses and reports.
  • Work with leaders and internal teams to align and carry out culture, development, and communications initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience or knowledge in internal and corporate communications, content production, and internal campaigns.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content adaptation skills for varied audiences and channels.
  • Interest in organizational culture, employee engagement marketing, employer branding, and employee experience.
  • Organization and independence in planning and tracking communications projects, events, and initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset and interest in metrics, employee climate surveys, and engagement surveys.
  • Creativity in developing campaigns, narratives, and initiatives aligned with company culture and business objectives.
  • Familiarity with digital communications, content production, and generative AI tools.
  • Availability to work hybrid, onsite two days per week in São Caetano do Sul, São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Dialog, Feedz, and RD Station is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools for editing text, presentations, images, and video is a plus.
  • Knowledge of visual communications, branding, copywriting, and employee value proposition is a plus.
  • Experience or knowledge in corporate education, onboarding, and change management is a plus.
  • Interest in process automation and applications of artificial intelligence is a plus.
