Source qualified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants through LinkedIn, Indeed, ApplicantPro, and other channels.
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Reach out to prospective candidates to gauge their interest and availability.
Manage candidate pipelines and build candidate relationships.
Assist with focused recruiting in markets with staffing needs.
Keep candidate records accurate and track open roles, candidate activity, interview status, and recruiting progress in ApplicantPro.
Keep job listings up to date and prepare recruitment reports.
Arrange interviews and conduct initial screening calls.
Verify candidates’ availability, qualifications, location preferences, and interest.
Prepare candidate details and resumes for the Director of Recruitment to review.
Share interview details with candidates and follow up with them.
Assist with provider contracts, document collection, contract tracking, credentialing, and onboarding.
Work with internal teams to complete onboarding and help place providers promptly.
Share staffing updates and recruiting challenges.
Partner with the operations, implementation, and contracting teams.
Support the Director of Recruitment by sourcing candidates, coordinating recruiting activities, tracking progress, and assisting with onboarding.

Талаптар

A bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may also qualify.
One to three years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, administration, or healthcare is preferred.
Experience with applicant tracking systems is helpful; ApplicantPro experience is preferred.
Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting and candidate sourcing is preferred.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and related business applications.
Able to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team.
