Customer Service Specialist - Road Transport, Sofia
Support road transport customers in Sofia by preparing quotes, coordinating bookings, managing documentation and complaints, and maintaining customer relationships at DSV.

- Respond to customer inquiries
- Prepare and send customer quotations
- Accept transport requests and monitor their completion
- Provide customers with the information and documentation required to fulfill transport requests
- Process customer complaints
- Maintain relationships with existing customers while retaining and expanding business
- Work closely with the sales team and attend customer meetings when needed
- Participate in projects related to departmental and company operations
- Report activities to the department manager

- Experience in transportation and customer-facing work is considered an advantage
- Degree in economics or another field relevant to the position
- Very good written and spoken English
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office
