- Manage a company portfolio representing approximately 60% of activity while meeting procedures, deadlines and quality standards
- Support several French and international companies within a Shared Services Center
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable transactions and meet processing deadlines
- Provide operational coverage for other portfolios according to business needs, priorities or absences
- Support accounting period-end closing activities
- Act as the main contact for teams on routine operational matters
- Help employees resolve technical issues
- Serve as a key user for business applications and contribute to their development
- Provide process and tool guidance to colleagues
- Share information about deadlines, organizational changes and operational risks
- Encourage consistent practices and strengthen established best practices
- Identify daily operational issues and recommend solutions, corrective measures and improvements
- Help simplify and optimize processes
- Create, maintain and distribute procedures and work instructions
- Onboard new hires to the work environment and coordinate their system access
- Train new employees on Shared Services Center tools, procedures and processes
- Deliver brief training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops
- Track skills development and identify areas where support is needed
- Escalate onboarding or adoption challenges to the Department Manager
- Maintain internal control compliance and identify operational risks
- Support internal control reviews and audit preparation
- Compile information requested by statutory auditors
- Address auditor requests in coordination with the Department Manager
- Help implement audit recommendations
- Report operational issues and delays to the Department Manager
- Support activity prioritization and encourage information sharing
- Contribute to Shared Services Center performance without direct people-management responsibility

- Higher education in accounting, business administration or finance, equivalent to two to four years of study
- Substantial accounts receivable experience, preferably in a Shared Services Center
- Experience working across multiple companies
- Experience with international entities is an advantage
- Coordination or subject-matter expertise experience is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of accounts receivable processes and payment methods
- Advanced accounts receivable expertise
- Experience managing multi-company environments
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and accounting management software
- Strong proficiency with Excel and office productivity applications
- Understanding of internal control principles
- Experience preparing for or supporting statutory audits
- Ability to write and maintain procedures and work instructions
- Professional English is an advantage for communication with foreign subsidiaries and international stakeholders
- Ability to provide functional leadership
