Timekeeping Administrator

Maintain employee timekeeping, payroll reporting, and project records for ENFRA’s energy infrastructure operations. Support onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day administrative coordination.

Description

  • Maintain accurate daily employee time records across the region
  • Monitor paid time off, holiday pay, and approved or unpaid leave
  • Coordinate with project supervisors to resolve missing or incorrectly coded time
  • Prepare weekly payroll reports and route them to project teams for approval
  • Export weekly payroll reports from the timesheet platform to the accounting system
  • Validate report conversions and reconcile straight-time and overtime hours
  • Deliver required documentation to the payroll processor by established deadlines
  • Manage and purchase office supplies with manager approval
  • Support new-hire onboarding, including IT hardware and access requests
  • Organize electronic project files associated with payroll and time entry
  • Review and distribute documents and correspondence to field staff and other relevant parties
  • Share timekeeping issues and related information with the project team
  • Administer the parking pass process when required
  • Complete additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least three years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Careful attention to detail and willingness to manage ongoing work in a fast-paced setting
  • Working knowledge of the industry and the company’s competitors
  • Construction administration experience preferred
  • College coursework or two years of construction management experience preferred
  • Construction billing experience preferred, ideally including AIA billing or Textura
  • Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Ability to kneel, stand, sit, or remain stationary for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements
  • Ability to move or adjust objects weighing up to 20 pounds
