Statistics Consultant — São Paulo Hybrid

Description
- Examine data stored in structured databases
- Create cross-sectional and time-series statistical models focused on customer experience, from variable selection and data transformation through sampling, training, validation, and deployment
- Conduct analyses using unstructured data
- Help business teams interpret customer satisfaction and measure the effects of improvement initiatives
- Present findings to stakeholders across the business
- Contribute to Vivo’s broader organizational purpose

Requirements
- Practical knowledge of programming logic in R
- Advanced proficiency with Excel
- Practical experience developing business-focused statistical models
- Strong ability to analyze data and synthesize findings
- Practical knowledge of SQL programming logic is preferred
- Practical knowledge of AI prompting is preferred
- A background in statistics is advantageous
- Residence in São Paulo, SP; Curitiba, PR; or Salvador/Belo Horizonte is required
