Description
- Own delivery across assigned SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Lead client workshops and connect business requirements with system capabilities.
- Guide solution architecture decisions.
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
- Design cross-module integrations and workflow customizations.
- Advise on configuration strategy and system optimization.
- Act as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.
- Secure milestone sign-offs and manage escalations.
- Delegate and oversee junior consultants’ workstreams.
- Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification development.
- Hold regular one-to-ones and give structured, actionable feedback.
- Oversee integration validation and troubleshooting.
- Manage QA cycles and establish review standards.
- Lead project reporting and maintain stakeholder visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 7–10 years of HRIS experience, including leadership of at least five end-to-end implementations.
- Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
- Proven people management and team development capabilities.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification required.
