Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Identify, attract, and hire employees to support workforce plans and business goals
- Provide support with HR administration
- Lead the regional recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through hiring with limited manager oversight
- Source technical candidates through headhunting, social media, referrals, professional networks, search and selection, and behavioral interviewing
- Partner closely with the HR team and stakeholders across the business
- Gather recruitment briefs and communicate effectively with managers from varied cultural backgrounds
- Use probing questions to challenge hiring decisions and maintain compliance with the recruitment process
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize work and deliver projects by deadline
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of recruitment strategies, policies, and best practices
- Practical experience with selection methods such as phone screening and reference checks
- Ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews
- Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
- English and Arabic proficiency preferred
