Remote Partner Development Associate at Circle

Qualify inbound leads for Circle’s digital asset and payments products, guiding prospects through discovery and routing them to the right business development or sales team. Maintain CRM records and use workflow tools to support timely follow-up and partner handoffs.

Description

  • Triage prioritized inbound leads and respond within the team’s service-level targets.
  • Manage qualification and handoffs for high-priority leads, including discovery, routing, and a recommended next step.
  • Handle inbound leads across Circle’s product portfolio.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand prospects’ goals, use cases, business models, product needs, decision processes, and readiness to proceed.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and disposition or close cases within 24 hours of last contact.
  • Use CRM, AI-enabled tools, and other workflow systems to improve prioritization, response times, follow-up quality, and prospect engagement.
  • Act as the initial contact for partners and prospective customers exploring Circle products.
  • Assess fit, qualify inbound leads, and direct them to the appropriate business development or sales process.
  • Consult senior colleagues on cases that require additional judgment.

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant experience in customer or partner relations, business development, sales development, or another commercial role.
  • Experience managing a prioritized pipeline, conducting discovery, and guiding prospects to a clear next step.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and ask effective qualification questions.
  • Ability to assess basic business fit, prioritize follow-up, and make sound routing decisions across internal processes.
  • Ability to learn and accurately explain fintech, payments, and digital asset concepts, with curiosity about these topics.
  • Careful attention to detail and commitment to accurate CRM records, documentation, and timely follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively with business development, sales, product, operations, and teammates while handling day-to-day work independently.
  • Knowledge of or demonstrated interest in fintech, digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, or the future of global payments.
  • Experience using Salesforce or HubSpot, productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Slack, and AI-enabled workflow tools.
  • Experience engaging professional communities through LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord, or similar channels.
