Remote Capital Sales Manager, Air Pollution Control — ANDRITZ

Lead regional sales for ANDRITZ’s air pollution control products. Manage customer relationships, proposals, negotiations, and tailored engineering solutions.

Description

  • Drive regional sales targets and strategic growth initiatives
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers
  • Coordinate sales activities across customers, independent representatives, and internal sales teams
  • Source prospective customers and generate leads through research, networking, and industry events
  • Discuss project requirements, technical details, commercial terms, and contracts with customers
  • Maintain the regional sales pipeline in the company CRM system
  • Expand technical expertise in Dustex products and air pollution control technologies
  • Oversee proposal preparation, budgets, and project schedules
  • Represent the company at conferences, meetings, trade shows, training sessions, and related events
  • Deliver technical assistance and solution guidance to customers
  • Prepare and present customer proposals and presentations
  • Create and implement an individual sales plan
  • Partner with engineering and application engineering teams to develop customized solutions
  • Communicate industry feedback and market developments
  • Monitor air quality regulations and applicable industry standards
  • Provide ideas and content for the company’s marketing strategy
  • Prepare reports, sales plans, and forecasts

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering is preferred
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the industry
  • Background in commercial terms and contract negotiations
  • Knowledge of air pollution control technologies, industrial processes, and related equipment
  • Experience managing budgets, estimates, schedules, and proposals
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Sound business judgment and industry knowledge
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain technical information and present solutions
