Remote Capital Sales Manager, Air Pollution Control — ANDRITZ
Lead regional sales for ANDRITZ’s air pollution control products. Manage customer relationships, proposals, negotiations, and tailored engineering solutions.

- Drive regional sales targets and strategic growth initiatives
- Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinate sales activities across customers, independent representatives, and internal sales teams
- Source prospective customers and generate leads through research, networking, and industry events
- Discuss project requirements, technical details, commercial terms, and contracts with customers
- Maintain the regional sales pipeline in the company CRM system
- Expand technical expertise in Dustex products and air pollution control technologies
- Oversee proposal preparation, budgets, and project schedules
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, trade shows, training sessions, and related events
- Deliver technical assistance and solution guidance to customers
- Prepare and present customer proposals and presentations
- Create and implement an individual sales plan
- Partner with engineering and application engineering teams to develop customized solutions
- Communicate industry feedback and market developments
- Monitor air quality regulations and applicable industry standards
- Provide ideas and content for the company’s marketing strategy
- Prepare reports, sales plans, and forecasts
- Address customer conflicts in a professional and ethical manner
आवश्यकताएँ
- A bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering is preferred
- Demonstrated sales experience in the industry
- Background in commercial terms and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of air pollution control technologies, industrial processes, and related equipment
- Experience managing budgets, estimates, schedules, and proposals
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Sound business judgment and industry knowledge
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain technical information and present solutions
- Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines
