Description

  • Accurately execute and improve order-entry and order-management processes
  • Index orders in document-management systems
  • Enter customer purchase orders into SAP
  • Process orders through Conexiom
  • Manage digital-order exceptions and outbound communication documents
  • Work with customers to ensure orders are ready for production
  • Provide new users with access to digital-ordering tools
  • Maintain accurate order statuses for customer visibility
  • Investigate issues and develop solutions
  • Send order confirmations and communicate with customers
  • Cover assigned phone-queue hours through 4 p.m. PST
  • Work occasional seasonal overtime when needed

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP or M3 order-management systems is preferred
  • Experience with point-of-sale or ERP systems is required
  • Demonstrated reliability and dependability
  • Availability for occasional overtime when needed
  • Positive, professional demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must confirm that remote-work technical requirements can be met
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; authorization is verified through E-Verify
  • Must complete post-offer background and substance-abuse screening
  • A clear driving record may be required for Safety Sensitive and Sales positions
