People Partner - Bengaluru Onsite

People Partner responsible for strengthening HR operations, performance practices, and role clarity at Lyric. Supports Bengaluru teams working on an AI-powered supply chain platform.

Description

  • Manage and enhance employee lifecycle processes spanning onboarding, transitions, and exits
  • Advise managers on expectations, feedback, team dynamics, performance discussions, one-on-ones, accountability, and employee development
  • Deliver performance management practices in partnership with Lyric’s global People team and India leadership
  • Assess team structures, define responsibilities, and align people practices with organizational change
  • Build trusted relationships across the India team and identify employee concerns at an early stage
  • Navigate sensitive employee matters with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment
  • Collaborate with leadership, employees, Talent, Finance, and the global People team to resolve workplace issues
  • Address recurring sources of friction by creating straightforward, durable processes that enhance employee experience
  • Help define Lyric’s People function as the company grows

Requirements

  • Bring approximately 6–8 years of experience in People, HR, or broader operations
  • Have experience in a growing technology company, preferably a global organization that expanded from several hundred employees to a substantially larger workforce
  • Build credibility with engineering and product leaders by understanding their work, asking insightful questions, and applying practical judgment
  • Demonstrate success improving processes, resolving ambiguous problems, and carrying ownership through to completion
  • Work effectively with incomplete information and adjust your approach as new knowledge emerges
  • Communicate clearly, exercise discretion, and challenge constructively while preserving trust
  • Be prepared to manage operational details and take ownership of issues until they are resolved
  • Be able to work from Lyric’s Bengaluru office
  • Experience transitioning from HR or Talent into a broader operational role is particularly relevant
