Description
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for GTM and business roles across the US and UK, covering sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships through accepted offers
- Collaborate with global hiring leaders to clarify role needs, candidate profiles, and market conditions
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Identify candidates through creative outreach and informed market research
- Deliver structured, considerate hiring processes with consistent feedback
- Provide a positive candidate experience at every stage, regardless of the outcome
- Track GTM talent trends, competitor hiring activity, and candidate movement
- Represent and strengthen Port IO’s employer brand throughout the recruitment journey
Requirements
- Able to work in a hybrid Boston arrangement with three office days each week
- Up to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing technology company
- Experience contributing to a global recruiting team
- A strong business-partnering approach
- Confidence working with leaders, shaping discussions, building trust, and operating effectively amid ambiguity
- Demonstrated sourcing expertise and a proactive approach to recruiting
- Ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates rather than relying only on inbound applications
