  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for GTM and business roles across the US and UK, covering sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships through accepted offers
  • Collaborate with global hiring leaders to clarify role needs, candidate profiles, and market conditions
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Identify candidates through creative outreach and informed market research
  • Deliver structured, considerate hiring processes with consistent feedback
  • Provide a positive candidate experience at every stage, regardless of the outcome
  • Track GTM talent trends, competitor hiring activity, and candidate movement
  • Represent and strengthen Port IO’s employer brand throughout the recruitment journey

Talablar

  • Able to work in a hybrid Boston arrangement with three office days each week
  • Up to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing technology company
  • Experience contributing to a global recruiting team
  • A strong business-partnering approach
  • Confidence working with leaders, shaping discussions, building trust, and operating effectively amid ambiguity
  • Demonstrated sourcing expertise and a proactive approach to recruiting
  • Ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates rather than relying only on inbound applications
