Events Coordinator - DAC Beachcroft, London Hybrid

Coordinate DAC Beachcroft’s regional, national and international events across in-person, hybrid and virtual formats. Manage event logistics, webinars, communications, stakeholder materials and supplier coordination for the law firm.

Description

  • Plan and deliver regional, national and international events for DAC Beachcroft
  • Serve as the on-site contact during live events
  • Manage event logistics and resolve issues promptly
  • Work with catering and facilities teams
  • Coordinate internal and external speakers
  • Help plan and deliver digital webinars, hybrid events and in-person events
  • Work with marketing, design and digital teams to assemble event assets
  • Check that event presentations follow brand guidelines
  • Prepare invitations and event-related email communications
  • Create regular registration reports for stakeholders
  • Assist with editing and distributing post-webinar video content
  • Update the corporate website and internal marketing hub with upcoming event information
  • Respond to and action requests received through the Events inbox
  • Coordinate internal stakeholder diaries and communicate key deadlines
  • Research market trends, competitor events, invitation designs, online event platforms and hybrid event formats

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering successful face-to-face events
  • Experience hosting or supporting virtual events and webinars is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Some understanding of working within a budget is desirable
  • Experience working with external suppliers is advantageous but not essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Basic copywriting ability and confidence adapting content for different audiences and channels is desirable
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems
  • Ability to work primarily from the office, with occasional home working depending on event requirements
  • Availability to support events from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Availability for occasional event support outside standard hours
