Health and Reentry Project (HARP) is a nonprofit policy and healthcare organization focused on improving health outcomes for people returning to their communities after incarceration. Its work helps expand access to care through policy analysis, technical assistance for government agencies, support for Medicaid 1115 reentry waiver implementation, and collaboration with people directly affected by the justice system. HARP also develops practical resources—including policy briefs, implementation guides, and toolkits—to help communities design and carry out effective reentry health initiatives.
