Client Service Coordinator – Corporate Banking (Hybrid, Vilnius)
Support SEB’s corporate banking teams in Vilnius with client coordination, reporting, and strategic initiatives. Contribute to projects involving AI, automation, robotics, and business development.
Description
- Provide administrative, coordination, documentation, and reporting support to corporate client teams
- Create client materials, presentations, analyses, business cases, and management reports
- Collect information, coordinate follow-ups, and track progress across client and strategic initiatives
- Work with product specialists, risk, operations, robotics, AI, and other internal stakeholders
- Analyse processes, document business requirements, test solutions, and help expand digital tools across AI, automation, and robotics initiatives
- Recommend improvements to internal processes, client service, business development, and everyday ways of working
Requirements
- University degree or current studies in finance, economics, business administration, data analytics, information systems, or a related discipline
- Foundational knowledge of financial and business principles, along with a strong interest in corporate banking
- Strong analytical ability, careful attention to detail, and comfort working with numerical information
- Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, digital tools, and emerging technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Copilot or AI agents is an advantage
- Fluent, clear, and organised communication in Lithuanian and English
- A proactive and accountable approach, with a willingness to learn and work collaboratively
