Account Manager, Saudi Arabia (Remote)

Lead enterprise cybersecurity sales across Western Saudi Arabia for Proofpoint. Manage named accounts, executive relationships, pipeline development, platform expansion, and channel partnerships.

Description

  • Generate new cybersecurity business across multiple industries in Western Saudi Arabia
  • Manage approximately 30 named accounts, including existing customers and whitespace opportunities
  • Sell the complete Proofpoint Platform while coordinating internal teams and ecosystem partners to expand the account portfolio
  • Build executive-level relationships with enterprise organizations serving more than 2,500 users
  • Develop new accounts and increase existing customers’ adoption of security, compliance, and information protection solutions
  • Present Proofpoint’s value proposition and services as a trusted customer advisor
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineers on account strategies and planning
  • Coordinate and deliver product demonstrations with Systems Engineers
  • Work with channel partners to gain access to new accounts
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and advance pipeline generation
  • Stay informed about Proofpoint’s competitive positioning

Requirements

  • Professional experience selling technology, particularly SaaS value-based solutions; cybersecurity experience is advantageous
  • Demonstrated success exceeding targets, winning net-new logos, and using channel partnerships in Saudi Arabia
  • Exceptional attention to detail, persistence, and activity levels, including customer and partner meetings focused on executive value selling with leaders such as CISOs, CIOs, and CMOs
  • Ability to build executive-level business relationships and serve as a trusted client advisor
  • Experience closing complex deals valued between $100,000 and $1 million
  • Proficiency with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS, or Command of the Message
  • Growth mindset, openness to coaching, and discipline in following an established sales process
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed approach with consistent focus on account planning, pipeline creation, and opportunity advancement
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required
