Social Media and Recruitment Marketing Manager

- Plan content and maintain editorial calendars.
- Spot emerging trends, platforms, and formats to grow engagement and reach.
- Create social-first content that builds brand visibility and connects with audiences.
- Use organic and paid social campaigns to support thought leadership, business development, and firm-wide marketing.
- Lead employer branding across careers channels.
- Work with Talent Acquisition on recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Develop and oversee advocacy programs for employees, recruiters, and leaders.
- Equip internal stakeholders with training, guidance, and content resources.
- Monitor social communities and interact with audiences.
- Measure and report performance, identifying opportunities across brand and talent channels.
- Use campaign results and audience insights to refine content, targeting, and engagement.
- Provide ongoing reports on social media, employer brand, and advocacy performance.
- Mentor social media team members and coordinate work across functions.
- Ensure content and platform practices meet brand, legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements.
- Guide Marketing and Talent Acquisition stakeholders on social media practices.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- At least five years managing social media for a professional services or other B2B organization.
- Experience using social media for employer branding, recruitment marketing, or marketing to candidate and client audiences.
- Ability to develop social media strategies and campaigns for business and executive audiences.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing executive social media, employee advocacy, or thought leadership programs.
- Working knowledge of organic and paid social media on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Experience with social media management and advocacy platforms; Sprout Social, Oktopost, Ordinal, or similar tools are preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience measuring campaign performance and linking social activity to business outcomes.
